In our Center for Innovation and Lacta Applications (CIAL) we have a pilot plant equipped with leading edge technology for the dairy industry, designed to replicate and optimize recipes, industrial processes, provide solutions to our customers' needs, develop new products and help meet the most challenging creations.
At CIAL we are prepared to receive visits from companies from different parts of the American continent, since our staff is trained in the diversity of dairy products and processes of each specific regional market.
We currently have equipment such as Pasteurizer (HTST) and Sterilizer (UHT) for dairy and vegetable drinks, homogenizer, cheese cooker/malaxer, Stephan, soft ice cream cooler, hard ice cream cooler, as well as a pizza oven.
In addition, our physical chemistry laboratory is available to detect and solve quality problems.
