We produce stabilizer/emulsifier systems for milk-based drinks (flavored milk and milk shakes), with different levels of solids and proteins made with fresh or recombined milk and for all types of processes, to obtain the desired characteristics for each product.
Our stabilizer and/or emulsifier systems enhance the development of the following characteristics in the milk-based drinks:
Suspension of solids during shelf life, emulsion stability, palatability, and the incorporation of air into the milk shakes.
Preservation systems for milk-based drinks have a wide spectrum and work to fight bacteria, yeast and mold, thus extending their shelf life. It is not affected by the pH and has no antagonism with the other ingredients (proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, flavors, colors or other additives).
